Reports the list of all users, or those users matching the argument, currently known to the Perforce server. The report includes the last time each user accessed the server.
The user argument may contain the * wildcard. This argument should be quoted when using wildcards, as the OS will attempt to expand the argument, matching against files in the current directory, before the command runs.
