Perforce Software Receives 16th Annual
Jolt Product Excellence Award

ALAMEDA, Calif., March 16, 2006 - Last night, Perforce Software was honored by CMP Media's Software Development magazine with a Jolt Product Excellence Award in the Defect Tracking, Change, and Configuration Management category.

For the past 16 years, Software Development's Jolt Product Excellence and Productivity Awards have been presented annually to showcase products that have "jolted" the industry with their significance and made the task of creating software faster, easier, and more efficient. Jolt Cola, the fabled soft drink quaffed by software developers for sustenance during project development marathons, sponsors the awards presentation.

The 89 finalists in 14 categories were chosen by a team of Software Development's editors, columnists, and industry gurus.
