What is RSS?

Really Simple Syndication, or RSS, is a simple, automatic way to keep up-to-date on information from your favorite websites. With RSS, you don't have to sign up for email announcements or keep going back to the websites to see if anything has changed. Instead, you just point a special piece of software to an "RSS feed" and the software does the work.

What do I need to use RSS?

To use RSS, you need an RSS-capable browser (like Internet Explorer 7.0 or Safari 2.0), a Mozilla/Firefox plug-in, or an RSS feed reader. View the RSS feed by clicking the appropriate RSS icon, then either bookmark the feed or follow your news reader's instructions to subscribe to the feed.
