Using reports

Reports are useful for tracking the status of projects and analyzing the data collected in a Helix ALM project.

You can work with reports from the Reports list window. See Using the Reports list window.

You can add reports that include the specific information you need. For example, you can see who reported the most issues, how many issues are open, and how much time was spent resolving issues. You can share reports with other users or keep them private. See Adding built-in reports.

You can run reports you have access to review current project data and metrics. See Running reports.

Before you add or run reports, you may want to get familiar with the content included in the different report types. See Report types.

Note:   You can also add and run reports from external reporting services. See Adding external reports to Helix ALM and Running external reports.
