The company’s software development group is responsible for designing, developing, and testing WorkForce’s time management products. When the group’s homegrown test case management solution began to fail, the company sought a solution to better manage their software testing workload and product issues, and deliver higher quality products faster.

WorkForce was already using Helix, but not for test case management.
