#1326721 (Bug #84612) Fixed a regression where projects could not be added on Perforce Servers older than 2012.1.
#1326575 (Bug #70714) Fixed a problem affecting edge/commit server deployments. If Swarm was configured to talk directly to an edge server, reviews created by that instance of Swarm could not be updated. This is because the change was being bound to the edge server. Now, edge server instances forward review creation to the commit server instance.
#1322454 (Bug #84108) Fixed a bug where the user picker could list groups for fields that do not allow groups to be selected (e.g. Project Owners).
