Recovery procedures

If the database files become corrupted or lost because of disk errors or a hardware failure, recreate the database with your stored checkpoint and journal.

The following are general guidelines for recovery from the two most common situations :

• corruption of your Helix Server database
• corruption of your database and versioned files.
