Setting up

This chapter covers the initial installation and configuration of Swarm. You have two choices for installing Swarm:

Use the Swarm OVA (Open Virtualization Appliance):
- Follow the steps provided in “OVA configuration”.
- Skip to the “Perforce configuration for Swarm” section.
Use the Swarm distribution archive:
- Skip to the “Runtime dependencies” section.
- Follow all of the steps provided in this chapter's remaining sections.
