Switching to a different user or port Not allowed. (If you need to do work as a different Perforce user, or with a different Perforce Server port, restart your P4Web or start up an additional P4Web with the alternate configuration. See How to Start P4Web for more information.)

Switching to a different client workspace Use
Click on a client name
Click on the "Switch to" link at the bottom of the Client Detail page.
Working with Files
Syncing files Use or ("sync" shortcut) or ("preview sync" shortcut)

Working on a particular file Navigate to the File Browser page for the file in question, then use any of the menu commands or shortcut buttons on the page to operate on the current file.
Working on multiple files Navigate to the Path Browser page for the path that contains the files in question, then use any of the menu commands or shortcut buttons on the page to operate on all the files in the current path.
Submitting files Use or or ("submit default changelist" shortcut)
