Bot account scheme was revised as a part of the Helix TeamHub 3.4.0 release. Since that version, old bot accounts are no longer shown in the UI and can be listed only via API v1. However, there is a reusable migration script available for on-premises installations, which converts old bot accounts into new ones. If you use the cloud installation, contact us.
