Meeting #1

  1. Determine challenges, pain points, and goals: Identify current pain points across data provisioning and environment management, and define clear, measurable success criteria for the workshop.
  2. Prioritize use cases: Select one or two key workflows where improved data access, provisioning, or virtualization can deliver the most immediate business value.
  3. Define data, platform, and access needs: Align on source data, environments, access needs, and desired outcomes.
  4. Establish next steps: Confirm scope for the hands-on session, share required data, and align on timelines and expectations for the Delphix-led demonstration. Schedule demonstration meeting and share your sample data with Delphix using agreed upon process and timelines.
