Serving up a Short Stack for a Tall Cause
Perforce Software and our employees owe much of their success to the communities in which we live. The Perforce Software Foundation exists to share this success with the charitable organizations that make the communities what they are.
The Alameda Point Collaborative is a supportive housing community that uses all its resources to help families and individuals break the cycle of homelessness and poverty. Their programs focus on on-the-job training, farming, healthy eating and family and youth services.
The East Oakland Boxing Association runs after school and summer programs for youth focusing on academics, enrichment, health, gardening, physical education, youth leadership, and nutrition.
Our inspiration for this event comes from our continuous desire to share our success with our community. Several of our employees volunteer their personal time and money in support of these organizations. Our employee's commitment is inspiring to us and we're honored to be able to bring this unique event to the Alameda community.
This family event will feature a full breakfast menu, including pancakes cooked by the Alameda Fire Department. Kids activities will include story time, face painting, seed planting and more. Music will be provided by international banjo player, Bill Evans. We're encouraging our guests to wear their pajamas!
