Mark Ties
As the CEO & President of Perforce Software, Mark is responsible for leading the company and executing its mission to serve our customers. To his role, Mark brings three decades of experience in accounting, finance, operations and mergers & acquisitions, having served the last twenty years as CFO and COO for public and private equity-backed technology companies. Before becoming CEO, Mark served Perforce as COO/CFO, and helped drive four acquisitions and one sale of the company, while nearly doubling revenue. Prior to joining Perforce, he was COO/CFO of private equity-backed HelpSystems, Inc., and CFO at publicly held Xata/XRS Corporation.

- Mike GoergenChief Financial Officer
Mike Goergen
Mike is a business-focused CFO with both a background in technology and proven experience making strategic contributions to growth-oriented companies. He has 26 years in finance and accounting, which ranges from entrepreneurial start-up to private equity growth to publicly traded environments. Most recently, he was CFO at Digi International, a Minnesota-based technology company. Before that, he had leadership roles at two other technology organizations, Trimble (Senior VP of Finance) and PeopleNet Communications (CFO).
Mike has a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Cloud State University.
- Adam OlsonChief Revenue Officer
Adam Olson
As Perforce Chief Revenue Officer, Adam draws on his deep and diverse experience as an international sales leader to drive growth and make a lasting impact on revenue streams. Before joining Perforce, Adam was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Arcserv and, over the last 20 years, has served in executive leadership and consultancy positions at numerous global tech companies, including Digital River, Flexera Software, and others.
Adam has a B.S. in Business and Psychology from Texas Lutheran University.

Anjali Arora
As EVP of Product and Development, Anjali is responsible for product management and development. She has 27 years of experience leading global teams in dynamic environments from private equity growth to publicly traded companies, including Oracle, Allscripts, Rocket Software, and CA Technologies (now Broadcom). A champion for women in technology, Anjali is a high-energy leader with a history of bringing innovative products to market.
Anjali holds a B.A. from St. Stephen’s College in India and a master’s in Computer Applications from the University of Delhi.
- Colleen KulhanekEVP, Marketing
Colleen Kulhanek
Colleen has over 25 years of experience in marketing leadership roles at both early stage and established companies in IT systems management, security, and networking industries. Before joining Perforce, Colleen was the VP of Marketing at Calabrio, a leader in call center software. Prior to that, Colleen held marketing leadership positions at technology companies including HelpSystems, Preventice, Red Lambda, Shavlik Technologies (now LANdesk), SafeNet (now Gemalto), and Secure Computing (now Intel).
Colleen holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
- Steve JezierskiGeneral Manager
Steve Jezierski
Steve has over 20 years of sales and sales leadership experience in the IT industry. Most notably, Steve has demonstrated significant success at various software companies, by driving a demand generation strategy within the sales organization that works closely with the marketing team to leverage leads generated and drive more pipeline from marketing program investment. Before joining Perforce, Steve was with Minneapolis-based software company, Code 42, as Director of Sales. He has also held sales leadership roles at several other technology companies including Dell, Compellent Technologies, and Verizon Business.
Steve holds a B.S. in Sales and Marketing from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
- Konrad LitwinGeneral Manager
Konrad Litwin
Konrad Litwin has 20 years of experience managing start-ups, distributors and software suppliers around the world. Highly skilled at combining established sales methodologies, Konrad’s proactive, hands-on approach drives results that consistently exceed business goals. Prior to joining Perforce, he served as commercial director for Spend360, a leading procurement solutions and consulting firm in the UK, and has held multiple leadership positions at companies including HelpSystems LLC, eveLogic Ltd and Pacific Associates.
Konrad has a B.A. Honors in Business & Technology.

Christy Dinges
Christine and her team are focused on attracting and developing talent while partnering with employees of all levels to bring our core values to life. Christy has over 20 years of experience in industries including technology (Motorola), manufacturing (ON Semiconductor), and retail (Banana Republic). Throughout Christy's career, she has focused on growth strategies enabling businesses to scale to new heights of profitability and operation.
Christy holds both an M.A. in Human Resources Management and a B.S. in Liberal Arts.

Jill Martin
As EVP of Operations, Jill is ultimately responsible for ensuring our customers get the most out of their product investment with Perforce. To accomplish this, she brings her deep experience in leading global support and services teams to successful outcomes, which she combines with her passion for team building, supporting great products, and delighting customers. Before coming to Perforce, Jill was VP of Professional Services and Director of Global Support at HelpSystems, LLC.
Jill has a B.S. in Computer Science and Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
- Dan DodotGeneral Manager
Dan Dodot
As General Manager for Infrastructure & Applications at Perforce, Dan oversees the strategic direction and tactical implementation of the strategies to position the team for aggressive growth. Dan is a dynamic leader and accomplished sales executive who has a track record of building high-performing teams implementing, passion, discipline, and a refusal to lose. He developed his strategic, "get stuff done" approach during his decade-long experience in software sales. Dan has a passion for aviation and is a Private Pilot.
- Wes FredenburgChief Legal Officer
Wes Fredenburg
Wes brings extensive leadership and legal experience in technology (and beyond) to his role as Chief Legal Officer at Perforce. He’s managed legal, HR, government relations, real estate, risk management/insurance, IT, franchising and international development, and M&A functions. Prior to joining Perforce, he was the General Counsel for 6 (private and public) companies — National Car Rental, Alamo Car Rental, AutoNation, Xata, Velocity Express, and HelpSystems. Wes also has 19 years of trial practice experience in federal and state court. And he was the former Assistant U.S. Attorney in Oklahoma.
Wes has a JD from the University of Oklahoma and a BS from Michigan State.
- Steve RickmanSVP, M&A
Steve Rickman
Steve has over 25 years of experience completing mergers and acquisitions and helping companies raise public and private capital. Before joining Perforce, Steve was a managing director in investment banking with firms including Piper Jaffray, Cantor Fitzgerald and Lake Street Capital Markets. Over the course of his investment banking career, he has completed more than 120 M&A transactions and helped companies raise more than $4 billion in new capital. Prior to investment banking, Steve was a senior engineer at General Dynamics in the advanced aerodynamic design group.
Steve holds a M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota.

Tim Russell
Tim has extensive experience leading technology teams in high-growth software companies, including NetApp, SafeNet, and Secure Computing. Prior to joining Perforce, Tim was VP of Product Management at NetApp. He has a proven track record of creating products and solutions that enable customers to drive innovation and agility in medium to large enterprises with stringent security and compliance requirements as well as large, distributed development teams generating large data sets.
Tim holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
