Janet Dryer

Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO of Perforce Software, Janet is responsible for leading the company and executing its mission to serve its customers. Prior to joining Perforce, she was the CEO of the HelpSystems family of companies. During her tenure as CEO, HelpSystems increased sales from $19M to $110M, completed 14 acquisitions and grew to more than 280 employees in 13 locations worldwide. Over 55,000 installations of the software are currently in use.

Janet holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of St. Benedict.


Mark Ties

Chief Financial Officer

Mark brings twenty-eight years of experience in accounting, finance, operations and mergers & acquisitions, having served the last eighteen years as CFO and COO for public and private equity backed technology companies. His most recent positions include CFO/COO of private equity backed HelpSystems, Inc., and CFO at publicly held Xata/XRS Corporation. Mark worked with the management team and investors to double the size of HelpSystems while also managing the organization through eleven acquisitions and two successful sales of the company. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Minnesota State Mankato and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tim Russell

Chief Product Officer

Tim has extensive experience leading technology teams in high-growth software companies, including NetApp, SafeNet, and Secure Computing. Prior to joining Perforce, Tim was VP of Product Management at NetApp. He has a proven track record of creating products and solutions that enable customers to drive innovation and agility in medium to large enterprises with stringent security and compliance requirements as well as large, distributed development teams generating large data sets. Tim holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.


Rick Riccetti

Chief Technology Officer of ALM Solutions

Rick, who co-founded Seapine in 1995, sets strategic product direction, oversees daily operations and manages the sales, marketing, and product management teams. With over 30 years of software development and marketing experience, Rick's passion and vision have guided Seapine to its current status as a recognized leader of application lifecycle management solutions. A champion of a balanced work-life culture who is driven by long-term goals, Rick is a true believer of the statement "the journey is the reward." He studied business finance and computer science as an undergraduate at the University of Cincinnati.

Steve Jezierski

Vice President of Sales

Steve has over 20 years of sales and sales leadership experience in the IT industry. Most notably, Steve has demonstrated significant success at various software companies driving a demand generation strategy within the sales organization that works closely with the marketing team to leverage leads generated and drive more pipeline from marketing program investment. Before joining Perforce, Steve was with Minneapolis-based software company, Code 42, as Director of Sales. He has also held sales leadership roles at several other technology companies including Dell, Compellent Technologies, and Verizon Business.


Colleen Kulhanek

Vice President of Marketing

Colleen has over 25 years of experience in marketing leadership roles at both early stage and established companies in IT systems management, security, and networking industries. Before joining Perforce, Colleen was the VP of Marketing at Calabrio, a leader in call center software. Prior to that, Colleen held marketing leadership positions at technology companies including HelpSystems, Preventice, Red Lambda, Shavlik Technologies (now LANdesk), SafeNet (now Gemalto), and Secure Computing (now Intel). Colleen holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Konrad Litwin

Managing Director – International

Konrad Litwin has 20 years of experience managing start-ups, distributors and software suppliers around the world. Highly skilled at combining established sales methodologies, Konrad’s proactive, hands-on approach drives results that consistently exceed business goals. Prior to joining Perforce, he served as commercial director for Spend360, a leading procurement solutions and consulting firm in the UK, and has held multiple leadership positions at companies including HelpSystems LLC, eveLogic Ltd and Pacific Associates. He has a BA Honors in Business & Technology.


Rich Clyde

Vice President of ALM Solutions

Rich, who has more than 30 years of software development experience, is responsible for managing product development and quality assurance, while driving internal operation and development process improvements. He has successfully led Seapine through the launch of four new software products and countless releases. Prior to joining Seapine in 1999, Rich worked on large software projects for organizations including the Mayo Clinic, Blue Cross Blue Shield and LexisNexis. Rich holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Tony Smith

Vice President of Engineering

Tony has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry. Over the course of his 15 year career at Perforce, he has built and developed high-performing teams across Development, Technical Support and IT. Tony has made significant contributions to Perforce’s products, both as the sole developer of various components and as the architect behind key projects. While he’s still a software developer at heart, Tony now leads Perforce's world-class engineering team and oversees the development of our product.


Brian Holsten

Vice President of Human Resources

Brian has over 25 years of Human Resources experience with more than 15 years in HR leadership roles. Brian’s industry experience is varied, ranging from Hi-Tech, Med Device, Financial Services and Insurance. Prior to joining Perforce, Brian led global HR functions that served rapidly growing software companies in both publicly traded and privately held environments. This has included creative leadership overseeing talent acquisition, total rewards, employee engagement and performance, M&A, HR technology and global payroll. Brian holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, as well as an M.S. in Organization Management and Human Resources from Capella University. Brian achieved his SPHR certification in 1999.
