As EVP of Operations at Perforce, Jill Martin leads global customer-facing teams spanning Support, Knowledge Services, Professional Services, Education, Customer Success, and Technical Account Management. She has played a key role in scaling companies participating in more than 35 acquisitions from diligence through integration. Jill also serves as Executive Sponsor for the APAC region and Partner Program, reflecting her commitment to customer success worldwide. Before joining Perforce in 2018, Jill spent over 20 years at HelpSystems in leadership roles across Professional Services and Global Support.

Jill has a B.S. in Computer Science and Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
