Terms and Conditions for Reinstating Software Support for Perpetual Licenses

If a customer fails to renew their software support and maintenance for all or some of their perpetual licenses within thirty (30) days of the renewal deadline, and they wish to reactivate dormant licenses or reinstate software support, the following terms apply:  

  1. The customer will pay a reinstatement fee equal to one (1) year of software support at the then-current list price for perpetual licenses;   
  1. The customer will pay all outstanding fees for software support for the period when the licenses were not supported; and   
  1. The customer will pay in advance for one (1) year of software support for the reinstated perpetual licenses that are not currently supported.
