To ensure that the community is free to use your contributions, Perforce must have a Contributor License Agreement (the “CLA”) on file that has been signed by each contributor, indicating agreement to the license terms set forth therein. The CLA is for your protection as a contributor as well as for the protection of Perforce, and the third parties who are accessing the code.
