SourcePro 2022.1

SourcePro C++ libraries provide the essential building blocks for your applications. With SourcePro, you write your code once and deploy it anywhere. This helps you reduce time-to-market, increase reliability, and extend the life of your applications. SourcePro 2022.1 ensures optimal application performance, offers critical bug fixes, and overall improvements.

Updates & Fixes

SourcePro has been updated with enhanced time zone support to ensure applications written with SourcePro integrate effectively with applications that require time zone data for operation. This includes:

  • Improved support for non-DST Transitions
  • Improved Support for Time Zones with Multiple DST Transitions
  • Performance improvements for operations with RWZone
  • Improved handling of struct tm parameters that indicate whether they represent standard or daylight savings time (i.e., tm_isdst is set to 0 or 1 respectively). Previously this information was ignored, resulting in ambiguous or incorrect results, especially when compared to the behavior of mktime.

Platform Updates

  • Support for Microsoft Windows 11 and Visual Studio 2022. SourcePro applications can now target the latest operating systems and compilers available from Microsoft.
  • Support for OpenSSL 3.0.7.  Applications written with SourcePro can now take advantage of the latest production-ready encryption and security.
  • Support for OpenSSL 1.1.1.o

You can learn more about all the updates, bug fixes, and improvements in the full release notes, or download the latest release today.
