P4 Plan Fundamentals
For: Beginners
Duration: Half Day
Learn the P4 Plan basics with a walkthrough covering core features. To maximize time and relevancy, we often divide this training by user role: team members (1 hour), project managers and Scrum Masters (1.5 hours), product owners (1.5 hours).

Training for Trainers
For: Power Users (15 Attendees Max)
Duration: Two Days
Make sure you can scale up with P4 Plan by giving up to 15 team members the skills to train other users. Attendees will gain a deep understanding of P4 Plan and its underlying principles, as well as learn hands-on tips and tricks with common use cases. They’ll leave with a formal P4 Plan Trainer Certification document and the ability to train others confidently.
