As the CEO & President of Perforce Software, Mark is responsible for leading the company and executing its mission to serve our customers. To his role, Mark brings three decades of experience in accounting, finance, operations and mergers & acquisitions, having served the last twenty years as CFO and COO for public and private equity-backed technology companies.
