Taking an entrepreneurial approach to product management, she has led areas of new product innovation during her tenure with a particular interest in the compliance space. Prior, Tess worked to scale Via, a high-growth transit-tech startup, from an early stage to a $3B+ valuation. She holds a B.S. from Yale University, where she was also a Fellow at the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute and the Yale Climate and Energy Institute.
