Our mission is to create innovative products and experiences that entertain and help kids learn and grow. To support that mission, we must also accelerate top-line growth and support the business end to end—across supply chain, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and B2B.
We are growing an IP-driven business and expanding our entertainment offerings. We began a modernization journey to transform the end-to-end processes that support our business. This year, we launched a major program called O2I (order to invoice). Two systems required immediate attention: our legacy ERP and legacy WMS.
These systems are foundational to the supply chain. They support order intake and form the backbone of downstream business processes. Addressing them quickly revealed a major bottleneck—our data refresh cycle took anywhere from two to five days.
Delphix reduced our database refresh time from five days (five person-days) to approximately four to eight hours. It also significantly reduced our need for hardware resources. Instead of procuring new hardware, we now spin up virtual databases as needed.
