TJay Belt is a Sales Engineer at Delphix, bringing over two decades of experience across the data lifecycle—from application development and database administration to data engineering and enterprise data architecture. Prior to joining Delphix, he served in leadership roles including Director of Data, Data Architect, Manager of DBAs, where he focused on building scalable, high-performing data platforms and teams.
At Delphix, TJay partners with organizations to solve complex challenges around data provisioning, test data management, and compliance—helping teams deliver high-quality data to developers faster and more securely.
Outside of his professional work, he’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, biking, and motorcycling.
Wendy Mazur
Wendy Mazur is a Sales Engineer at Delphix, with many years experience in infrastructure, database administration, and IT modernization. Prior to joining Perforce Delphix, Wendy spent over a decade at one of the leading professional services organizations, where she evaluated and implemented the Delphix platform, guiding onboarding and championing team adoption.
