The November Update to Helix TeamHub Cloud solves this challenge by allowing users to create threaded conversations during reviews and in issues.
While reviewing the code in the side-by-side view, simply click the comment button.
Enter a comment to start the discussion thread.
Your comments will appear in your team member’s activity stream in real-time. They see the ‘Reply’ button, so they know they can either respond to what you said, or reply in general to the comment if it’s unrelated to your response.”
