Since the start of the crisis, we have been taking all necessary steps to ensure that we continue to provide you with the same high level of service and support that you have come to expect from Perforce. 

All Perforce operations (Engineering, Support, Back-Office Operations, Sales, Marketing) are fully operational.

Even though all Perforce employees have been instructed to work from home, our teams are equipped to work remotely and remain available to help you, whenever you may need it.

We are operating in accordance with the guidance from local governments, administrative agencies, and public health authorities across the globe.

Here are some updates on our operating policies and procedures:

  • No TravelOn an indefinite basis, Perforce is prohibiting all employees across the globe from business travel. Any Sales or Support contact will be conducted using web conferencing systems or by phone. Our customers should not expect any change in the availability of Perforce Support or our products.
  • Work From Home: On an indefinite basis, we have closed our offices around the globe, and we have instructed our employees to work from home. This precautionary measure has been taken to limit the potential spread of the virus and to ensure our ability to serve you for the long term.  During this time, our team will remain fully accessible by phone, email, or virtual communication services and will have secure access to resources necessary to continue to serve your business needs. 
  • Support ServicesOur support services teams have been provided the necessary equipment to provide support services remotely, and have been provided with secure access points from which we can provide such services to ensure the confidentiality and safety of your data and information.
  • Data Center OperationsAs our data center operations are essential services we are providing our employees with the documentation required to be able to access these facilities.
