When sharing technical data with our support team, please ensure that sensitive data (Personally Identifiable Information, Cardholder data, Medical Records, etc…)  or information considered confidential by your organization’s policies and standards is not shared with our support team. This includes attachments, uploads, and the body of support requests. By Perforce policy, if such data is found to be shared with us, it will be immediately deleted and this might affect our ability to provide you timely support.
