#967171 (Bug #75382) ** The maximum size of shared memory for monitor table use was too small (2048 8K pages). Now it's 32768 pages for all platforms except Windows 32bit where memory address space is severely limited.
#965257 (Bug #61632) ** The pull and pull -u threads of replica servers no longer retain an open file handle to the journal file on the master server when they are otherwise idle.
