Perforce Software Selected as Finalist in Sixth Annual BOLD Awards

Minnesota Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth recognizes Perforce Software for remarkable performance and accelerated growth in 2017

MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 20, 2018 – Perforce Software, a provider of solutions to enterprise teams requiring productivity, visibility, and scale along the development lifecycle, is excited to announce that we have been chosen as a finalist in the Sixth Annual BOLD Awards, presented by the Minnesota Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth® (ACG.) The BOLD Awards honor and highlight the innovative and inspirational organizations that make Minnesota great. The program celebrates the corporate leaders and teams that are behind successful mergers and acquisitions, financing and extraordinary strategies that led to sustainability, remarkable performance and/or accelerated growth in 2017.

Perforce Software, which is nominated for the Middle Market category, has experienced tremendous growth since moving the company’s headquarters from California to Minnesota two years ago and bringing Janet Dryer on board as CEO.

“The progress we’ve made is incredible – we completed three acquisitions, returned the company to growth, increased profitability, and built a market leading portfolio of development solutions,” said Dryer.

Dryer, who is well known for setting a positive company culture and rewarding her employees, doesn’t take sole responsibility for the company’s financial success. “It was everyone’s hard work over the last two years that made this possible, transforming the company into Perforce 2.0 and growing its value in the market,” said Dryer.

The BOLD Award would be the second award bestowed to the company since moving to Minneapolis.  In June 2017 Perforce was named one of the Top 150 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune.

Corporate leaders and teams representing the nominee finalists chosen from an original nominee group of 69 organizations will be attending the BOLD Awards on Tuesday, Feb. 27, starting at 5:30 p.m. at the Muse in Minneapolis. This event is a vivid, high-energy BOLD celebration of the businesses that grow Minnesota.

Each finalist is featured in a video vignette with interviews and testimonials showcasing their efforts and successes. The BOLD winners of each category will be announced during the program later in the evening. The BOLD-est of the BOLD Winner is chosen via a real-time, live audience vote.

The 2018 Finalists in each category are as follows:

  • Early-Stage: Autonomous tractor Corporation, Foreverance, Roosevelt Energy
  • Large Corporate: Bell Bank, Kraus-Anderson, Restaurant Technologies
  • Middle Market: Bite Squad, Perforce Software, Ralco Agriculture
