Hello. My name is Fernando Kramer. I am from Perforce (formerly Seapine Software) and today I'd like to show you how to add details to the sprints in the Sample Scrum Project in Helix ALM (formerly TestTrack).

When you're working in the folders window in Helix ALM and have a folder selected, you can enable the details pane for that folder. The details pane includes a multi-line text field that you can use to share details and useful information about that folder.

In today's video, we're going to add sprint goals and report hyperlinks to our sprint.

To do this, we're going to edit the folder. In the edit folder window, we can now enter tags in the notes field. First, we will add our sprint goals. As you can see, I have a lot of options. Here, I will use a bulleted list to map out my goals. I will also increase the font size of the heading and make it bold. Other options here include tables, images, different font types, and more.

Now I'm going to work on my report hyperlinks. When you define a report in Helix ALM, you can get a hyperlink to run the report. To get the hyperlink, go to the report list window. You can get there by using the reports button on the toolbar or from the view menu.

Once there, right click on the report and chose Copy Preview Report Hyperlink. Since we're using the native client, we selected ttstudio for it. Now we go back to the folder we're editing and I will make this text a hyperlink. Paste the report hyperlink in the URL field and click on Insert. Let's do one more. The research allocation report.

The last thing I'm going to do here, I'm going to make the report's heading bigger and bold. Once I'm finished, I'll click apply and okay to close the edit folder window.

Now, in the folders window in Helix ALM, we can see the sprint goals and the report hyperlinks.

Now, my team members will know our goals for the current sprint and be able to run reports for the current sprint without having to leave the folders window.
